Spinnaker halyard roller Soling

 

Finally finished the spinnaker drum for Christian in Norway.

 

Working on this spinnaker drum together with Christian Rieder from Norway. Will 3D print later this week.

Finish work on the hull. Sanding to 2000 grit, and polish. Looks more like a gelcoat boat. Very happy with it

Been working some more on the risers. I'm getting closer to a finished design

I'm working on the raisers for the shrouds. Printing a prototype of the inner raiser right now.

Working on brackets for the jib track

Made a mock up in cardboard, 3D printed prototypes, and now making them out of stainless steel. Polished all the inside surfaces today. Will continue with the smaller ones tomorrow, and hopefully get help from my brother with the welding. The brackets will have 8mm stainless steel threaded rods welded underneath. No visual fasteners.
