Finally some hands on work today. I started work on a stainless steel mast support yesterday, but felt it got too heavy... I used it as a mold, and started to laminate a carbon fiber mast support this afternoon.

I got a great deal on sheet lines. Paid by the pound. Super cheap.

Got a great deal on Harken hardware for my Soling restoration today!

I got some goodies in the mail today. The Japanese made pliers allows me to cut the M5 screws to length without harming the threads.

Same boat... I just love these two pictures together. A new floor, frames and repairing all the holes in the deck, and finally some paint, makes a world of difference... The third picture is why there is no progress on the restoration...
