Once painted, it's going to look a lot different.

Floor glued in. Will laminate it tomorrow.

First piece of the floor installed. Not laminated yet. But glued in. The self bailer below the waterline is history. I plan to install at least two more floor pieces tomorrow.

New floor. H80 divinycell. Two layers of 450 g CSM on each side. Nice and strong, but lighter than old floor

I have decided to paint the hull and deck white. Will use Kiwigrip or something similar as non skid

Floor removal

The floor was wet and rotten. Decided early to remove and replace it with a divinycell core floor.

The restoration begins.

The rudder was full of water. I cut it open and filled it with 2 comp. poly urethane foam. First time for me to use this stuff, but it worked out fine. Fiber glassed it and used polyester based filler. Turned out nice. I also made the corners sharp, keeping it according to the Soling rule.
